Tuning 'in and following'

Get them in the pan, with a little garlic, parsley!

The cèpes have arrived! The king of the undergrowth is very sought after for its firm flesh and its delicate taste.

For those who prefer to eat them without picking them, they can also be found on many market stalls.

After a little sun, heat, a few cool nights, and a bit of rain, the cèpes are popping up.

From 20 to 25 euros a kilo, these local delicacies don’t come cheap, but they are a gastronomic delight.
